Warning! Hidden fees - if you don’t use their credit card processing, they fine you HUGE fees
This started as an affordable option, and has gone up and up in cost/ price and now they’re adding additional huge fees if you want to use your own processor that wasn’t in the fee breakdown when they sell you. If you don’t use their card processors, they tack on MASSIVE fees. Always issues with credit card and tap and chip… still having issues with no help

I have an account but it wont let me login. We have multiple stores I’m not typing in all the store names all day hoping that ONE of them is going to be the concoction of random letters and words you want. We’re switching to square.

Just wish you had a feature accounting for sales tax! Would use it a lot more if so.
Reliability is not here
Your business needs reliable products that work, not something that is so intermittent that customers walk out as you try to get the app to connect with the card reader. All of the Bluetooth functions are unreliable, and every time there is an update to the app you have to figure out a new sequence to try and keep connected.

No Support - at all
Light speed / shopkeep does not support their products. App locked up last night. Tried chat support - no response at all - kept spinning waiting for a response. Called - put on hold - gave phone number for callback. Never occurred. The system is unreliable and crashes constantly. I have square as a backup. Square processes faster, and is far more stable. I have never needed square support but something tells me it would blow these people away. Finally fixed my system by using the online faqs to delete the old app and download a new app. Getting out of this deal asap - don’t fall for their pitches - the software is poorly constructed and they don’t support it.
