FAMILIAR ONLINE TOOLS AND MORE SALE DETAILS
 Based on your feedback, we've returned the online orders list in Sales for merchants selling in-store and online. The online customer list is back in More. You can also access relevant details directly from product reviews and abandoned carts.

 For in-store merchants, sales now show product images, variations, SKUs, and shipping and billing addresses. New notifications help track staff activity when a register is opened or closed.

App does not working anymore for my employee

Kind of ridiculous. My employee WAS able to use this app to upload and take photos of inventory for a webstore. Now all of the sudden it says she has no access to it even thought she does. Not even the online customer support can figure it out?! lol

Previous is better

The previous version of the app was much better. We could contact customers directly via WhatsApp using the provided link, and it was also easier to update the order status, such as Processing, Out for Delivery, and other stages.
