Not much functionality for the parts dept. would be nice to be able to scan an item and change info like bin locations and descriptions.

It is great probably for the owners to see what money they are making, service techs should know how slow, undependable, logging out, losing pictures and again the slowest of slow for such a big app
I wouldn’t even give it one star, but it’s the closest thing to zero as I can get

“slothspeedDMS”
nothing but a horrible experience using this as our dms, as a tech i can’t upload photos for hours to days to weeks. this gets to a point where i have to delete the app and wait for a new authorization code which holds me back from working a couple hours of the day. causes wait times for our entire department. they need better servers and i could raise it to maybe a 3 star because the UI is still terrible.

Garbage
Always connection issues, log in issues.. always having to change my password. Logs out of an RO but it doesn’t register so then your hours are through the roof over night. Hours getting missed or not registering to the computers. Absolute trash of an app
My technicians love it
The mobile has really changed the way things are in the service dept and for myself as an owner, accessing information while I’m out of the country is incredibly useful, and the technicians have nothing but great things to say about it as well.
