with the lightspeed app my techs can clock in and out of jobs throughout the day and send messages back and forth to my service writers without having to leave their bays. they're also able to take photos and videos and send those off to the customers which has helped us increase service revenue. all in all this app has been a game changer for our service department.

Not much functionality for the parts dept. would be nice to be able to scan an item and change info like bin locations and descriptions.
