We transferred everything from email communications to text communications overnight. The response times are much faster, there’s no lost or deleted communications, information if easily shared to the correct departments. And it keeps us from having to use our personal phones. Automated replies work great.

Worse than workday
Glitches, doesn’t upload videos, takes days of errors, time consuming
Constant problems and terrible customer support
Just constant problems. Features they claim to offer but then they don’t work. Then you try and get help and they ignore you for weeks on end. But then they respond as soon as you leave a one star review and try and figure out what it would take to fix the review rather than trying to fix what caused the review in the first place.
