Has been a great business addition
We transferred everything from email communications to text communications overnight. The response times are much faster, there’s no lost or deleted communications, information if easily shared to the correct departments. And it keeps us from having to use our personal phones. Automated replies work great.

We have been using it for a couple of years now. It has drastically reduced our response times and call volume. It’s has increased our efficiency ten fold because we can respond in a meaningful way very quickly

You’ve got major companies around the world using your product. And this is the best you can do? I am actively losing money because of the notifications problems the app is having. TIME TO GET THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM TO WORK. Right now your product is bad. You know it, we know it. Get to work and fix it!

Worse than workday
Glitches, doesn’t upload videos, takes days of errors, time consuming
Constant problems and terrible customer support
Just constant problems. Features they claim to offer but then they don’t work. Then you try and get help and they ignore you for weeks on end. But then they respond as soon as you leave a one star review and try and figure out what it would take to fix the review rather than trying to fix what caused the review in the first place.

Works okay but notifications do not clear.
Inside the app it says 0 notifications. Close out and low and behold there is still 1 notification. Does not clear. Works but not very well.
Garbage. Won’t open after update. Notifications don’t work on iPhone. Total garbage.

This app constantly freezes up, takes forever for a message to send, doesn’t always tell me when I get a response (even though I have all notifications on), and numerous times a day when you click on the bubble to type your message, the whole keyboard will go down. Click again, it goes up. Click again to type, back down again. Ridiculous. I’m on the latest update, and nothing I can do to fix these problems besides waiting for you guys to figure out your own bugs.

Unusable on iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The dynamic island being lower has lowered the tent input box to be unreachable. I can only see the edge. Unable to type message in the app now. Please fix as soon as possible. I know my company isn’t the only one that is dealing with this, and using your app for professional needs.

Update causing problems
This last update makes it look like messages arent sending when they are so recipient is getting multiple messages. Have tried different networks and cellular all the same result.
Great app but with flaws
I love using this app for work. But I can’t seem to get the notifications to work with my iPhone 11 Pro. I’ve tried everything and I do not receive alerts.
