This is a great way to start off the day! It is part of my morning routine and gives me and those around me a snapshot of my status. When I asked for a phone call, a nurse replied within a couple of hours.

Not A Great Experience
Hard to find many positives about this. The overall performance is way too slow, even for typing. Appointment booking system appears to be almost unusable. Symptom checker takes way too long, with too many questions. Emails poorly formatted and difficult to read. No way to request repeat prescriptions. The whole thing is so slow and cumbersome I suspect most people would give up and pick up the phone. And for completeness, the Settings page is empty, and the feedback process needs to be expanded. I know it's a trial, but it's a long way from "prime time".

Tried it/Failed
Went to book an appointment, it failed to give me any times then simply offered to put me through to my GP anyway..... Useless. The way you navigate too make an appointment takes too long having to listen to the lady speak each time.
