Passes the time and keeps my day on schedule
So my kids had the game first 2 years ago and wanted me to join so I could gift them gems. Well I’ve been steadily playing the game for those two years and my kids were done with it within a few months of me getting it to help them out! Anyway, I never spend money on the game and just trudge along collecting apples to feed the animals. Gem collection takes foooorrreeevvveeerrr and I have a crap ton of coins that I don’t have any use for. I have my own goals in the game to just keep expanding the land for animal habitats. I don’t care what habitats I get and don’t care about the animals at this point. I will never pay 300+ gems for any habitat or animal collection and I have given up on the battle tournaments since they are designed to have you pay money to succeed. I’m happy with just doing the boring stuff and collecting apples every 5 hours.Show lessRunning Hart
It’s a good game, I recommend but it has its flaws too
So basically the game is about breed, hatch, and collect. Fun at first but then after a while, coins is the main problem. A lot of the things needed a bunch of coins. I MEAN A BUNCH. It gets frustrating at the fact that you’re stuck unless you buy with real money. Food cost money, everything is money. Patience ran out, Ive waited for two to three months hoping to refresh myself but sadly I go back in and I’m still stuck. That’s the main reason why I deleted the game but I’m downloading it again since it was my childhood. I’m hoping there’s changes and I can continue. :) other than that 10/10 recommend to others. Now, if you have read the other reviews,(which are mostly negative) you would be thinking"Oh, this game is really dumb, so I'm not going to download this stupid app!"You don't really believe all the reviews, do you? So let me tell you something.
This. Is. The. Best. Game. Ever!!!

Their aren't as many adverts as you think. Only the occasional add when you enter the game and after a battle. And, yes, it is a bit annoying when breeding, hatching and evolving takes like 8 hours! But don't worry. Here's my strategy. When you get into the game, evolve all the animals that you want. Breed the animals that you want. Then send off the egg to the tree of life and go out of the app and play a different game. So then, tomorrow,(or when you next play the game not on the same day) when you get into the game again, you have something to look forward to! I mean when you get into the game, you get to see what animal comes out of the egg and you get to see the egg that the animals you bread made, and, see what your animal looks like after you evolved it!!!Show lessMagicologist
Extremely restricted gameplay, pushy ads
You get about 3 minutes of gameplay at a time before your progress gets blocked by having to wait for energy to refill or for a breeding, etc. to finish- very quickly ramping up to hours/days (I’m only level 10). The gameplay itself, for the tiny window you can actually do anything, is also very limited and repetitive (different critter skins doesn’t help much).
This is also the pushiest IOS game I’ve ever played- CONSTANT pop ups and “quests” to download and play OTHER, often non-animal games.

Addicting but has some issues
The game is so fun! And I have had it for several years but the thing is when I level up the game prevents me from buying more habitats,(which you need to get more animals). Then I have to wait until I level up several times before I can get another habitat. Also there is a major problem with coins. I get so much coins with nothing to use them for. I work hard to earn all of my coins when I only spend less than half of them on food for my animals. There are so many coins in the game and not enough gems. Almost all animals cost gems and when you battle you normally don’t have enough gems to power up. And the best way to get gems is to buy them,(witch I am not doing). Fun but has it’s wrongs
This game is very fun I like that the animals they are cute. But it starts to get crazy! Sometimes it takes up to 24hours to get food or to hatch an animal! And so then gems comes you can gem it to make it go quick BUT once you run out of gems you have to buy more or get another app! And it is very hard to win them. Also in “tournaments” it is hard for me to win cause I can never get boosts! (They cost gems.) And so then I can never win! And I love the game, and all I’ve had it for about 3-4 years! But it has it’s wrongs, and I do still have it but it is just you have to wait and wait. And also sometimes you only have to wait 10min and sure I can wait but it can take hours. Even a whole day almost! So great game but you have to wait or waste money!(Also the feeding amount and expanding points start to get very high, and I have so much money in the game, and you can barely use it! So you have to use real live money to get gems to get stuff. Also there really is no you finished the game you just do the same stuff and tasks for different animals)Show lessCC slush
Love this game but I have an issue with it
So I’ve been playing this game for a while now, and it is a great game. However, I have an issue with the battle mode. It seems like the stronger animals and strong elemental attacks are doing less damage than lower level animals and weaker elemental attacks. I battled a level 13 animal using one of my level 10 animals, and for some reason my attacks did more to the level 13 than it did to me. And the reverse has happened to me too, where I use the higher level and get destroyed by the other animal. And the strong attacks don’t seem to do as much damage as the normal elemental attacks and weak elemental attacks. When will this be fixed? Love the game...but a couple issues
I enjoy playing Fantasy Story, but I have a couple things I wish were changed: 1) I am tired of losing gems because I accidently click it, expecting that a different button will be there. I wish there was a double-check on that asking if you really wanted to spend it.
2). I now have way more coins than I could ever spend, and I wish it was possible to use them to buy gems.
3) A new issue that I have now is that all the available land is full; I can't expand anymore, but my realm runes are full - and I have a habitat I could place, that I won in event - but there's no where to expand to.Show lessPmnieves
Better Storage Please
I love this game but can you please add in a better storage system.
When buying in the shop, can we please have the option of storing the new items rather than having to place them on the land straight away as I never have any room & it takes me a long time to expand.

Overall a cute & fun game
I think this game is very enjoyable overall but having said that, I think some improvements should be made towards limiting ad pop-ups and the Battlegrounds; I dislike it when an ad spontaneously appears followed by several others. The battlegrounds should be more entertaining and fair, it is nearly impossible to differ between a normal attack and strong attack, making it completely to be won by ones luck.
Despite these issues, the game is still very
