With the latest update it is now unusable
The keyboard only appears after 1 min, and typing in anything introduces a 30 sec lag. This is impossible to use. The devs need to look at making sure this essential app works for people with thousands of contacts in their address book.RyuWorks

Impossible to Use After UI Update
After the latest UI update, it is no longer possible to transfer to multiple people. Everytime you try to search for more than one person, the app lags and keys you typed will only appear ten to twenty seconds later, making it take more than 20 times the time you need to send money to give people as compared to before. All the updates did not fix this issue, and I guess the lazy devs can’t be bothered since most don’t send to more than one pax at a time.Show lessTimeout loop

A complete joke. I used to say that software developers from developed countries should teach the Chinese how to make apps. Turns phone into countertop stove
Open and use it for 5 mins, and it’ll make your phone become unreasonably hot on iPhone 12 Max Pro. Not sure what it does in the background, but somethings not right.smile_politely
Hard to set up
I found the process difficult. I also have the DBS app but couldn’t seem to link the paylah app to it. Also tried with SingPass but failed because I’m not Singaporean.
Eventually found the scan feature in the DBS app hidden and with little mention of paylah. Therefore used that and deleted this paylah app. The user experience of both apps is quite poor.Show lessJRPB
