Can’t change phone number

Unable to verify account
Trying to do the last part of verification so that I can start using account. However, encountered problem and App does not have any methods of allowing me to clarify queries.
- I don’t have a Posb/DBS account. Thus have to verify my identity manually.
-App will prompt for me to take photo of front and back NRIC. But does not have a submit button. So you can’t actually submit the details.
- And because App does not have any means to report error or clarify what user can do.... it’s kind of useless isn’t it?
- Don’t know if I can trust this App with my bank details and money transactions.Show lessE_in1
Confusing UI
The app tries to do too many things and does them all badly, it has a very confusing UI and is extremely unintuitivebenant12
Issues with this app
This app won't let me copy my password, nor will it allow me to use iCloud Keychain or 1Password passwords easily. At least they now support auto-debit and FaceID.estoughton
Not seamless
Nice way to pay, but still some glitches. I had to reinstall because the app didn’t recognize the latest update, and the ‘forgot password’ button doesn’t seem to work. So for now, $ or other methods of paying still more convenient than fussing around with the app.Juneaujulie
Express Checkout crash

App works great and makes payment a breeze.

Recommended Improvements
Thanks for this app. Here are my suggestions:
1. Allow setting up of Standing Instructions for recurring payment like your full site.
2. Allow user to add description for transfer or payment like the full site.PS-MLS
A waste of time literally
I was looking forward to using the app to transfer money to friends being my share of a meal. I didn't expect that it would be so difficult to use with so many security sms verifications and also having to use the token. And if you are not fast enough, the app times out and you have to start again. In the end paying online was faster and easier. I gave up and have deleted the app. Life is too short with poorly designed apps.Show lessBGhows
Love hate relationship
I love the concept of Paylah... Hate your app, just doesnt work, slow and unresponsive. cant do simple touch gestures to send money. Did u test it? Please fix it! It used to work great!Cheekyzia
