When I connect to my iPhone external storage not appear and I’dont know why not work

I would give this app 5 stars as I really like it EXCEPT - it only shows when a file was created, and who needs that? Last edit is what we need. Please developers, have pity on us and give us date last edited, thanks :)
Not happy
I stared all my pictures and videos from my iPad on the mili and now it doesn’t work. It says the device is not supported. I’m not very pleased with not being able to access these. All my holiday photos and videos. I wouldn’t trust using a mili.

Aliasing on movies or videos .
All works great but the one problem is the aliasing on every videos I've download . When I view it on the app it looks like staircase effects , doesn't smooth on the edges and looks horrible .
Don't Buy This Device
Totally useless. Aside from difficulty transferring between outside and inside files (you can't work from external disk but have to first transfer) the transfers from external to internal disks does not work. If you have encrypted files forget it.
Might work to carry movies or TV but otherwise not even a good paperweight.
