  • Selling your data? and primitive features

    The concept is great for anyone in the D2D space. But that being said, it’s still wildly basic. Like you can’t press and hold on a home to create a lead. You have to click several buttons to create a lead, adding additional steps to an already menial part of the job. And you can’t customize the markers. WHY CANT YOU CUSTOMIZE THE MARKERS?!?! That is crazy. I also worry about the security of our data and that it is being sold to the highest bidder. I read the privacy policy and it had nothing to say about how secure our tracked data was. It only mentioned our personal information.

    All in all, this app should be…
    1. WAY more customizable. I could see it not being that way though if the goal was to college out data and sell it off though.
    2. WAY more secure with written privacy notices about the data WE create. Not just our personal phone and email.

    If those two things were fixed, five star app.

We'd love to learn more about your need for customizing the lead markers (there is a way you can customize your lead statuses and icons in the Admin settings; however, your Admin would need to set that up). If that doesn't meet your criteria around customization, we'd love to hear more (you can email us at product@salesrabbit.com with your specific request, so we can track it in our request backlog). We can also assure you that we do not sell any data you and your team creates. We understand why this would be a valid concern considering a lot of companies will take and sell your data, but we absolutely do not. Hopefully that helps ease some of your concerns, but we are always open to hearing more feedback if you'd like to email us directly.

    Wow what a fantastic concept and I’m surprised I don’t know about this. As someone who is well versed in the industry of sales, this product hits different. It’s an all in one - a CRM, ZoomInfo, database collector, and visual tool to actually track what/where/who about the territory. This is a must for field sales. Agents, pitch this to your company because I can guarantee that you will dominate in the market with this tool. We always want better right, so why not invest in a tool to propel your sales through the roof! The SOLAR ROOF ☀️

    I have used sales rabbit before as a rep and it was super useful , now i use sales rabbit as a business and it is AMAZING. it helps make every thing super manageable and helps with organization to my business. There is so many different resources that sales rabbit provides and i would highly recommend it to anyone that is in sales and wants to expand and scale there business !
