1) make sure your bet amount is correct! When changing games the bet amount automatically reverts to the highest bet amount!! Be careful!!
2) if you are farsighted, be extra careful and wear your glasses! The screen is very small on mobile devices and it is very easy to make an error in the amount you are betting.
The software developers are betting that you will not heed those two points and you’ll get ripped off! If your coins disappear, there is no way to prove why and the tech support will always say it’s because you bet too much and not a glitch in the software! There is no way to have disappearing coin issues resolved in your favor!

I bought a package of approx. 27,000,000,000,000 ($74.99) coins and another with 56,000,000,000,000 ($99.00) both were All-Star deals. The first set, I got the coins, but if I thought, I must have accidentally bet at the maximum bets by mistake. Every time you change games the amount of your bets automatically re-sets at the maximum. And in 3 spins or so I list my coins before I knew it. I waited until they had another super deal and tgats when I bought the next coins. I rec’d them but I made sure I set my bet small and after 3 spins my coins almost all disappeared!! I was ripped off of $175.00!! I contacted customer support and they said “it’s what happens when you’re gambling” and wished me better luck. I complained further and they only adjusted my account with 10,000,000,000,000 coins! They gave me only 60B less than I purchased!

What happened????
I really did love this app and loved playing all the slot games until I logged on about a week ago and saw that they upped the minimum bet from $75,000 (for most games) to $750,000!! You run out of credit really quickly and I am no longer finding enjoyment playing on this app. I can do without it now.
