Just curious as to why the games have shut down in mid play

The game is programmed to not allow you to win. They want you to buy. Highly addictive and payouts have been terrible.
Game is fixed
I spent almost 90mil spinning and spinning and noticed that it kept showing the same slides (the same lines) over and over again.. I take a screen shot and I contact support and they said the game was fine and it was a glitch and that even those it showed the same lines over and over again the system paid out as it was suppose to (I had NO suck award bcus I didn’t win not once) I asked how they can prove that and they said no I asked how it is I don’t win not 1 coin in almost 90mil they said that’s normal and I asked for some type of coins refund since I can’t prove anything bcus their system glitched and they said no that even tho the same kept showing on my screen the same lines that I was not awarded bcus I didn’t win and they can’t show any proof of that since it was a glitch in the system. NOT HAPPY once again they have stolen from me and this is not cool.
I’m sure with the way they are. They will probably ban me over this review.

I’ve been playing this for 13 years and my phone was crushed after spending so much money on this playing every day and with technology you can’t link my old account. It’s terrible. I’m very disappointed.
