Shameful Customer Service
I’ve played over 12+ years, spent thousands, never contacted support for anything yet they will not resolve my issue even just to say “thanks for all the $$$”. They would legitimately rather lose my business completely than just help. They’ll waste countless time and their own resources saying no…. because they have an overall terrible reputation amongst many, many customers. That’s fine, I’ll vote with my money.
