This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. You can now help others! We’re looking to our users to help us make a greater impact on the lives of people living with addiction and mental health issues by implementing a data donation function. It is 100% anonymous! It will let us know how you are using the app as well as how well you doing on the program. Any information we receive will help us make changes to the app going forward. And we’re going to keep trying to help you. Sometimes you just need a nudge to set your goal or stay within it during the holidays so we set-up a few reminders. But, don’t worry, if you don’t need them you can simply turn them off in your phones’ system Settings (Settings > Notifications > Saying When). Good luck with your goals!

We’ve made some improvements that we hope will make your experience with our app even better: - We’ve re-written some text to help clarify how the program works. - We’ve updated some design assets to enhance your experience. - All of the text is now easier to read. - And, of course, while we were at it we made some minor bug fixes. We’ve also been busy making a “how-to” video that we’d love to share with you. Check it out here: http://camheducation.ca/2014/09/29/sayingwhen_press-vimeo

Reviews of Saying When

  • Frustrated

I’ve been using the app for 6 months and really found it helpful but now it seems to have glitched and won’t accept my weekly goal. I deleted it and tried downloading it again. It seems to still not be working and I’ve lost all my data. I’m very frustrated.
