Drivers who don’t want to go for ride accept the ride and then they’ll not call n not move at all. When you call, they’ll ask Paytm or cash. If you say Paytm then forget it .. driver won’t come and he won’t cancel the ride. Jugnoo should cancel tie ups with such drivers. Experienced many times. Drivers are rude..

I had an experience of calling twice It was disaster as after accepting the rides they never turn up and after that no clue , tracking or msg .From driver.If you have to service in comparative world , please pull up your socks.A distressed Sr.Citizen Customers.

Jugnoo is the best
This is a great app. I used this first time with some apprehension but quickly discovered its versatility. Love the driver call back feature as one can explain the exact location even if different from auto load. The fare is no more a mystery. You can see your driver on the map and best is the route of travel. No more fear of getting cheated. This a must have app in India for anyone.

Pathetic customer service
Drivers deny their duty, app shows 2 minutes and drivers say on call that it will take 10 minutes. Much more professionalism expected and required from their team.
