Ohhhh yeah some things like Quickbooks I could use but this handles one of the biggest issues I have with customer service. I don't even have to call for an estimate it's all there in the app
Not just for the price
It's the convince for us, like not having to follow up and customers knowing we are serious about our service. Totally different level of respect since we been using this service
This virtual number thing
Once I downloaded it was pretty much straightforward on how to use and I have a few service orders up already
Can't believe we missed this
My customers love it because it makes us appear bigger than we are, this is better than CRM's from the dealer IMHO cause you not paying hundreds of month for the same thing. Hopefully more updates come, can only use on IOS but happy what they have now
Awesome product
Was able to experience a trial and the pricing was upfront. Didn't have to speak to a sales team and we really enjoyed that more than anything. Looking forward to more updates
