Crashes when trying to download
Recently updated to v2.0.4. Using a K2 camera when connected and when trying to access camera library, the app closes. Can no longer download through the app. Please fix as essentially removes camera functionality.
Fix required for WiFi
As other users have commented the most recent update has meant you can’t access any pictures or video footage via WiFi. As soon as you click on the image the app closes down. Needs fixing!!
Sort it out MUVI!!
Since the app update the end user experience is rubbish. You could make this so good but I can’t even view the videos I have recorded on this app!! I go to the gallery and see the image and when I click on it throws me out the app completely every time I try to watch a recording from earlier.
Fix it. You make up spend all this cash on your good cameras and then let us down with a poor app experience. And we wonder why GoPro kicks our asses

Crashes on gallery transfer
Not sure what the deal is with this app but for a quality camera that takes amazing pics and video the app is horrible.When i connect through the wifi using my ipad or iphone as soon as the gallery shows up you click on it and it automatically shuts down the app and no pics or vids can be transfered.Please fix this or it will be my last veho camera.

Rubbish
Every time I select Camera Library the apps now just closes, also can no longer get to local library as again the app just closes. Wish I’d got a Go Pro.

Yep. Ann app update now means I can’t access my pictures via WiFi.

Horrible app
Tried to use this app in sept 2018 with my Muvi K2 camera. App is horrible and full of bugs. Just randomly jams and works 15 percent of the time max. Time to move on to the Go Pro or something like that. Camera is fine but the app is true garbage. Will not let consistently monitor what you see from camera. No phone number to call to get customer support. Stay away from Muvi camera and app products.

Downloading long videos
Hi I used this app before and it worked fine downloading footage and pictures fine (from the k-series) but those videos were short. But then I recorded a really long one and when I download it when it gets to 100% my phone (iPhone) just sort of restarts then the footage isn’t downloaded so I try again does the same thing so if u could fix this that would be amazing thanks.

Can’t do anything
The app doesn’t work. I can only see through the camera lens but You cannot record video from the app, cannot take pics, you cannot even see video and photo taken. It basically is a useless app.
Not worth the time
Have never been able to download videos and photos off camera. App will see live view only.
