The app does not work at all! Everytime i press record from my phone it disconnects and i cannot always watch or download my footage! This needs fixing asap

App does not support anything outside of changing the settings. Can’t view live feed from the camera.

The app won’t connect my MUVI K series to my iPhone 6s.
I tried for an hour, I even downloaded an update from Veho website, but it made no difference.

Don’t get this device. Get a go pro instead. Much easier to use and this app is awful. Can’t view pictures or play video. Rubbish

Just updated my phone its showing a different image on turning on the wi fi. And just goes blank won’t let me do anything. My old phone shows the two arrow s. But this one shows a picture of two cameras. Can you help please.
Won’t Link via WiFi
First version of App worked fine, however this version (and the previous prior to bug fixes) won’t connect with my K-Series at all. Hopefully next version is the winner. This app isn’t crucial to me so I won’t kick and scream about it not working, but it is damn handy.
Better but not by enough
I cac see the vast improvements but I can only connect to my device, none of the controls from mobile to camera work nor can I change any settings via the mobile app. I also cannot view or download any images/videos from my camera to my phone at all. This needs fixing ASAP thanks.

Am really upset with this and am not able use this camera and kept it in the store hope they will update this soon I sent an email no reply from Vecho. Their customer care is BAD not even acknowledge to my email
