Ease of use but some glitches
If you misspell a word you have to retype everything. It won’t let you just move cursor and fix it. That’s annoying.Cloglow

Logs out in middle of use without notice, have to scroll back to dates recently used every time, pointlessly have to click on coinsurance to get to only one choice.craybwhebeh

Really annoying trying to use smartscan . Documents scan ok but how do I submit the expense . It is really unclear what ‘mark as paid’ means. Can I submit expense using smartscan? When they are unpaid the expenses come up in actions list but there is no indication of what action to take !
