Not reliable
Not sure why this has 5 stars. By far the worst banking app on my phone. More often than not I am not able to log into my account. It will say not able to login or some other error and then lock you out of your account. This is not user error but a bug in the app that cpm knows exists. Once locked out you have to call cpm to reset to have access to your account again. You are better off logging into cpm anytime via your phone web browser.

The view of the app is very dated. I can't see items that are memo posting in the checking account but that might be a system issue. There's no Touch ID available. The app is constantly crashing and consistently unavailable. Please make technology movements forward.
Where is the Mobile Deposit button?!?!?
I've had this app since I had my account roughly 3 years ago and heard about the mobile deposit coming to the app and I've deleted and reinstalled the app and still no mobile deposit button. It shows on the picture in the App Store but still nothing in the actual app! WHERE IS IT?!? I can only go the branch so many times and I NEED this mobile deposit capability ASAP!!!

Needs some fixes but overall ok
Need to fix the bug that doesn't allow you to transfer from savings to checking.
Stupid
App has asked me 100 questions to verify if I am a real person before I can do anything and it's still asking them! Wells Fargo never did that they just asked my account number and a few other questions, this app isn't worth answering all those questions for no reason
