This isn’t worth it.
The app had been abandoned, there was no response from the owner, and I had an app I paid for that I couldn’t use.
Flash forward to today; it’s been updated with a new logo, and most features are locked behind a paywall. I paid for the full version once, and I did so because I don’t like subscription models.
Now I’d just like a refund. Who can help me with that?

Greedy and Deceitful practices.
I paid for the short menu upgrade a few years ago. I didn't use their service I just used it with my own paid bitly subscription. They upgraded the app and now I can't use the app without paying them either $50 a year or $7 a month. Which I don't think an app that isn't even hosting my links should get.
The fact I have a "legacy" subscription and still can't use my bitly integration is quite annoying and honestly I never write reviews but I plan to post this here and on Reddit and everywhere I can. It's just greedy and honestly, deceitful.
I paid for the one time app upgrade and now they want more. Horrible.

Please contact us at help@shortmenu.com so we can look into why your Bitly integration is not functioning properly. All users who made a one-time purchase within the app before the introduction of subscriptions still have access to all their original purchases.
