Not really a metroidvania.
I wish devs would stop using this term about metroidvanias when the game really is not. The overall level design I don't feel is well laid out or with very much that sense of reward for exploring. It's easy to feel lost as there is no distinction to the different parts of the pyramid you are in.This game has a very spelunky feel to it aesthetically.
For the price, I can't recommend this. Sorry.

Best game for a long time!
Really cool old school plat former with interesting puzzles and is difficult to put down. This is the most fun iOS game I've played in ages. Hope there's a sequel.

This game is a very nice spin on an old classic. I love the concept, style, and just the game it's self! There's one thing, this game said it was 40% off in July, even though the price is EXACTLY the same. This was an attraction to get you to buy the game. I'm very disappointed in this, but enjoy the game.

Super, 1 Problem :-)
First, this is a great game. So great that I had played over 4 hours and had gone thru 80% of the game. Then I died jumping from one screen to the next. So each time I try again it takes me to the same jump to my death! Lol. So unless the devs put in a restart the level without losing your progress, I am sunk. Good game thou!

Along came a gem
And it was this game. I've tried tons of games that look promising as good exploring type games but usually get bored pretty quick. This game was fun for every minute that I played until the end. Definitely worth the price, cheaper than a movie yet way more entertainment value. Thanks guys!

I’m only 20% done, but it’s been pretty fun so far. I think this is the best game Donut has made.

A great game
My favourite iOS game to date. Great well thought out controls. Beautifully put together and fun. Can't put this game down. Shame I can't share progress between iPhone and iPad.
