Excellent troubleshooting support from the Auralic forum
This is by far the best music streamer control software I have ever used, and I have used several over the last few years.
Terrible App
Slow, glitchy, difficult to navigate and almost never finds the streamer when all other apps have no problem.

Crashes
Crashes almost every time, and I have to restart my iPhone. Please, correct that...
Disappointed
This has the potential to be a great interface however the app continually crashes. After spending a considerable amount of money on Auralic’s hardware I’d expect the accompanying (and required) app to function reliably. Auralic - Please fix.
Avoid if you can
App still dropping connection with device every single hour. Supposed to be removed from this store because is absolutely useful. Whoever develop this app - shame on you, all the time the same issues and the same answers. No wonder that this app never get more than 1 star.
Frustrating
I have to re-configure this app virtually every time I use it. It continually loses connection with both my Aries Mini, and my Diskstation. The app can’t find them on the network, even though they are clearly visible through a web browser, or the router interface. Very frustrating.

Great potential with poor implementation
When the app works it is great. It is prone to crash.When it works: it may not populate the total music library;Tidal login is inconsistent with no support on how to correct it; with multiple emails to Auralic for support and inconsistent responses which come too late and after they have fixed the problem.The Auralic G2 is one of the best streamers and a great value.I would invest in the whole system with clock etc,if the implementation was reliable, unfortunately it is not.

Way too clunky to set up
Geez lads you’ve built an awesome streamer but good grief sort out your set up system! Plugged in, hard wired, network excellent (trust me, I wire up networks for a job) and I have to sit there watching the app spin. It should just auto discover on the network. No one wants to sit through twenty minutes of set up! On wifi the hotspot thing is a great idea but with an Ethernet system it should pop up IMMEDIATELY without having to tell it what to do. A crappy Sonos can do that - an expensive Auralic should do that too!

Absolutely terrible buggy app
Absolutely terrible. Has a tremendous number of bugs, crashes all the time, and has rendered my auralic Aries mini near useless.
And this sentiment extends to nearly every software version release. This latest one is particularly bad.
