Trash cart problem
I have been waiting almost 6 weeks for a damaged trash cart to be replaced. I have called in the past 3 weeks and have been promised a replacement with each call I have made. I’m told the last 2 weeks that it was going to be a priority replacement. The story I am given is that they can’t find the cart. The trash trucks have no problem finding it and dumping it every week. I am a senior and I find it difficult to drag the cart around with only one wheel. I am very frustrated and need someone to help me

Love the reminders & the UI is nice.
Government/state websites and apps are rarely user friendly and often pretty ugly.
This app does what it says it does, no obnoxious ads and sticks to the core concept of a providing trash-based content.

Useful, but can improve
Super handy if you live in the downtown area. Always know when pickup is (or isn’t,) holiday delays, and large item pickup.
Notifications have failed to happen occasionally but it’s more of a backup.
Would be nice for better App UI instead of an app that fees like simple html web page. also more detailed information on locations & businesses you can call / take certain items too.

I’m really bad at calendars—this helps.
Reminders for what is happening when with trash and compost is very helpful—I own multiple properties and this helps me keep track of everything.
One of the best apps I use
This is an excellent app. It is very easy, useful and something I need to rely on. Some of my neighbors obviously do not know it exists but I think they follow my lead when I put my trash bins out, especially during recognized holidays.

Great and very helpful app! But… been trying for a long, long time to swap out my huge bin (that served us well when we were a family of 5) for a small bin for 2 people who recycle well. The app is not helpful there. The game is fun and educates well. Best of all was the funny review by Super Important Guy posted 3 years ago.

Works as described
Automatically notifies you of trash , recycling, and compost days etc. automatically send you notifications and adjusts for holidays. Never forgot taking your trash out again.
Star rating fyi
I tapped on the first star because I had no idea what was bad vs good. Instead of allowing me to change it came back with “submitted”. I then clicked on the 5th star which turned all the stars blue but no “submitted” appeared.
Lifesaver!
This app is so simple and so great. If we miss trash day we get really behind at our house so to have an app that reminds me not only about trash day, but recycling, large item pickup and holiday day changes it is super helpful! I’ve used this app for years and love it. Thanks Denver!
