Worst Casino/Poker App
This is by far the worst online casino/poker app I have ever seen. I deposited money immediately after I did my account was locked. After days of trying to unlock my account I requested them to just refund my account but they are still requesting more documents I already provided and telling me they are unable to refund my account.

This is absolutely the worst poker site in the entire United States and you can only play int in New Jersey. You can tell their customer service team barely graduated high school. The poker tables are extremely slow. You’re playing setup poker on this site. The worst hand wins 90% of the time. People call with nothing but still catch and win. The developers of this site should be charged and sent to prison as well and their support staff. Just down right terrible.

The absolute worst poker site in history
I am taking the time to write this because a lot of the critical reviews are several years old. The site is completely terrible for several reasons. I only played a couple of hours, so maybe I am just “running bad “but the card displacement is horrible in my experience. Seriously, I think I was playing with bots. No way to tell because they do not have chat. Anyway, all of that aside, there is no action here. If you want to play with 10 or $20 for fun in a Penny ante game, you will probably be happy enough with this. Anyone else who wants to play real poker, don’t even bother.

Unnecessarily difficult to play
I’ve played a few different poker products and this has by far the poorest user experience. From sign up to finding a game to the actual game experience, there is plenty left to be desired. Major improvements needed

How do you reward someone stupid enough to call a 300% raise preflop when they have 7,3 off suit. Yet pocket J’s take a loss. Absolutely BS. Keep your worthless app. Wont’t get my money.
No deposit bonus - they lie
I got tricked by deposit bonus codes, it’s clearly says 100% up to 400$. I deposit 100$. I didn’t get instantly and I start to play. I go up to $200 and lost everything and still didn’t get a single dollar.
I contacted them and they told me they cannot give me bonus. :))

Don’t waste your time/money
888 pales in comparison to PokerStars. Have played both numerous times, had ups and downs on both of course, however 888 seems to favor/cater its more consistently played user-base, while PokerStars seems to indicate fair hands for all players at a given table at any given moment. PokerStars simply has more options and pays out much more fair.

If you wanna withdraw your funds you have to take a picture of your check. I think I got scammed

These app is a scam. App didn’t give me my bonuses for depositing and when I called customer service, the most they could do was to give me a petty $5 for good will. What a joke! On top of that I’ve probably put a good $450 into this app and not one hit. Do not download this app. Borgata is much better.

There are other ways to verify age other than social security number. Being required to give this info is a non-starter.
Needs a few fixes
Playing online couldn’t be easier however it would greatly be so much better if the app was compatible with iphone’s accounts & passwords to make signing in more easier.

Yes, I live in New Jersey. However, I can get real games going anywhere in my state. It’s simple to use and there are games at the ready pretty much anytime I log in.
