There was a promotion to deposit as little as $10 to get 225 free spins so I tried to download the app to play them. Between constantly crashing and a laggy interface I was finally able to complete all of my free spins, winning a grand total of $13 that I wasn’t even allowed to cash out because it was marked as “bonus” money instead of money that was I was able to withdraw. Not being able to withdraw ANY money between my “winnings” and my deposit, I was forced to play a lacking selection of games where I didn’t win once. Next time I’ll just burn my $10 in front of me so at least I can enjoy watching my money leave.

Horrible experience with customer service
Akmed k from customer service danced around my question.. I live in Philly and play in Philly I made a deposit with a promotion for bonus spins somehow I purchased on the Jersey side of app and if I want my bounus I paid for after an hr of back and forth and ignoring my question.. “yes you have to go to nj” smh
