Terrible withdraw on bonus
I have played through my funds over 4 times and cannot withdraw and can’t get an answer from support. This is just way too much to be able to withdraw and an absolute scam of a casino. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I’m located in Pennsylvania. I did not notice this app is only for NJ residents so when I deposited 50 dollars I’m refused a refund multiple times due to not making a transaction with the account as in using the app because I’m unable to. I just want my 50 dollars back that belongs to me. I’m unable to use it so it’s just sitting there in my account and my refund request keeps getting rejected/declined. Now the app will not even load or open to even try and contact anyone about the issue. So my 50 dollars was just stolen from me.

There was a promotion to deposit as little as $10 to get 225 free spins so I tried to download the app to play them. Between constantly crashing and a laggy interface I was finally able to complete all of my free spins, winning a grand total of $13 that I wasn’t even allowed to cash out because it was marked as “bonus” money instead of money that was I was able to withdraw. Not being able to withdraw ANY money between my “winnings” and my deposit, I was forced to play a lacking selection of games where I didn’t win once. Next time I’ll just burn my $10 in front of me so at least I can enjoy watching my money leave.
