Slow updates - needs work
1. Snow report is slower than website even. Needs a proper AM condition report from ski patrol and snow fall. Needs wind condition
2. Should show all retail etc on mountain not just falls creek co shops
3. Events like fireworks should be live updated to advise on status

If everything worked well it would be 6 stars
Great app most of the time. Would be 5 stars if everything worked smoothly. The snow report isn’t out as fast as the website and a couple other things like challenges and location sharing, which are great ideas, but they could work better; being able to set a time to share location, errors popping up when sharing challenges etc.

Good app to use and also tells you accurate info, the tracking mode is really helpful too.

Misleading Tickets
Mostly enjoy the app. However when purchasing tickets on-line it is misleading when the multi-days start. This resulted in upset dad’s and disappointed kids for multiple family’s.
Leaves me questioning if we’ll b back next year.

App is pretty good. Appreciate ease of information access. Updated grooming etc always a bonus!
Heard today (29/8) that no more paper maps. I appreciate the waste reduction however I’m always reluctant to take out phone on lift... where I prefer to plan next run.

Falls creek app
Information is ok, but would be excellent to include live, current temperatures so during the day the viewer knew overnight minimum and current and expected maximum temperatures as well as wind chill/feels like.
Also include temperatures at various locations: village bowl, bottom of Halley’s, top of Towers, top of summit and top of Scott’s.
Increased information for XC trails.

Hubby Tony & I love both cross country and down hill skiing so what better place to spend our annual winter 5 weeks than Falls Creek’s wonderland enjoying the stunning ski runs, fabulous grooming, happy courteous staff and friendly clientele too? We “live” in Mt Beauty and commute daily - blizzards allowing -and what a glorious feeling to arrive each day and to know that we are in safe hands. Thank you all.

Pathetic
About as useful as the paper trail map you can pick up at when purchasing lift tickets. An absolute disgrace. Important information such as lift status is never updated. When the wind picks up and you need to know what lifts are open, one would expect you should be able to find this information on the app. Nope. You’re stuck looking at outdated information.
Pick your game up Falls. This is beyond a joke. Absolutely pathetic compared to apps for other mountains.

Great app, lazy snow report guy
The app itself is great. Can see the snow cams and info about the trails. However maybe the guy writing the reports should take a look at what is happening on the Hotham app, where there is actually some information about the weather, the condition of the snow and trails, and when lifts are expecting to open.”Happy Monday” is not a snow report.
