Best calling app, period.
Headset icons during the call is not there. This gets me confused sometimes.
I love the app, with all that being said. I will keep on using it.

These issues may result from the latest iOS and Android OS versions, which tend to put applications into deep sleep so they may not receive notifications and exchange messages in the background. We are still working on this. Meanwhile, on Android devices, ask your friends to check on https://dontkillmyapp.com that their device allows twinme to receive notifications in the background, and leave twinme out of battery optimizations. The latest iOS and Android OS versions tend to put applications into deep sleep so they may not receive notifications and exchange contents in the background. We are working to try improving transfer of large contents, so make sure you install the latest twinme updates to benefit from the latest improvements. Also, tell your contacts with Android devices that they should check on https://dontkillmyapp.com that their device allows twinme to receive notifications in the background, and leave twinme out of battery optimizations. Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately the new iOS 13 notification policy requires applications to make them visible to users, so you know the app is working in the background. App does not seem to works won’t connect with contacts

twinme does not use your phone number and does not access your address book to protect your privacy. and your contacts'privacy. It does not know your friends and cannot detect them. To invite a friend, tap "+" to add contacts: - If your friend is near you, you both tap "In-Person" and one scans the other’s QR code with twinme - If your friend is away, tap "Social" to send a text or email. Your friend opens the web address in the message with twinme and accepts the invitation. Thank you for your support.
Messages not sending

Messages are exchanged in "peer-to-peer", directly from to device to device, with no distribution server in-between, in order to protect privacy: Contents remain on the sender's device until both sender and receiver are active with a working internet connection. However, when apps are put into deep sleep by the OS, it may take time to wake them up. We are still working on this. Sorry for the inconvenience.
