Productivity killer
The phone as well as the desktop app are simply horrible. I feel like my reputation is changing to someone who is constantly late to meetings. This is what this app will do to you. Our admins start setting up meetings 15 (!!!) minutes in advance to have time dealing with updates, issues etc. If the app is working (usually you spend the first 5 to 10 minutes of the meeting dealing with various issues...) the app is fine. Your organization WILL loose productivity if you decide to start using this software.Show lessAdd India dial in number

I love the updated app with all the new features. The seamless way it combines audio, video, messaging and screen sharing has helped my team respond more quickly and fosters more teamwork. Seamlessly moving calls between the app and my desktop makes it easy for me to transition between work sites.Worst App and service ever
My company force fed this on us and it is horrible. I’m embarrassed to have my customers use it.
1. It’s lags.
2. I have to keep entering my password.
3. It logs me out and I have to go thru secure sign in

Hi Melvin, could you please share a few more details of what‘s not working for you? Thanks for updating your review! 1) Do you experience lag with internal Circuit to Circuit calls, or for "traditional" phone calls with Circuit? This might be network-related, but we need more info. 2+3) Seem to be SSO-related, can I ask you to report the issues to your IT support so we can look into log files and determine what‘s the problem. 4) Customers and partners can join as guests without an own Circuit account, federation with third-party services like Skype, or be set up with their own, free Circuit accounts to join conversations, chat, share files, etc. with you. Your IT can help you with that.Outstanding Application
