Can't open the app
I was downloading videos and I have a few left to download and now the app won't open. Starts to open and then crashes and I go back to my home screen. Not impressed.
App crashes
The app isn't working at all. It crashes about a second after I try to open it. I have restarted my phone. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing is working.
Perfect app for my messy life
I had all these photos and vids laying around in my computer without remembering that they even exist. Such a good feeling to see everything organize, upfront, and even better backed up without the pain. I also like the fact that I can take my entire life wherever I go.

This is app very easy to use; MiMedia organizes my photos the way I want it, and they offer 10GB for FREE! My favorite is the MiDrive - the ability to share with my whole family and the fact that I can chat on the app with them is amazing!
Fantastic interface and feature set
I've tried almost all of the other cloud storage apps and this is the first that doesn't feel like a simple data repository. The interface and curation are great, and I particularly like the miDrive feature. I'm able to share pictures with only people I select, and best of all they're in their native resolution. A must try.

Garbage - good luck logging in
I am able to login via the website. However, both the iPhone and desktop versions won't take my login. Their support site needs a lot of support. Go there and try any of the links in the header or footer, including Contact Us.
