Crashes instantly since last iOS update
This app hasn’t been update in 3 years and it’s actually broken now. The app instantly crashes as soon as I try to log in. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted my phone multiple times. Now I might miss job opportunities. Thanks guys :-/Adro87
Apply to org clunky
To apply to a school, you search through a long list of possibly unfamiliar schools, then to work out how close they are, you click on individual maps and pinch out to work it out. Then, when you click out to go back to the long list, it automatically scrolls back to the beginning, and you have to search to the spot you last looked. And it’s not alphabetical. The other thing is that if a School has not put a contact number there, and you are unable to make it, you can’t send them a message in time for them to replace you for the start of the day. Ringing the front office at 8 o’clock is not enough time for them.Show lesstgjjgtyj
Unable to upload documents
The app needs updating. I have been unable to upload new documents, or get in contact with support. I have spoken with another relief teacher who is having similar troubles.+++Ardon+++
Please Update the App
Me and many of my colleagues use this app daily for our shift work and I’m very disappointed to see there hasn’t been a single update for the past year for bug fixes and the glitchy night mode.
Please consider updating the app more regularly.Artaxios
Not useful app
I am not happy with this app at all I am receiving emails for the jobs but not the notification I checked all my settings they all enabling notification but there is some glitches in this app that I am not receiving notifications and jobs I don’t recommend this app at all I tried customer service number which was not connected then tried email which didn’t answer me back about my queries On don’t know why some organisations are still using this app which is full of glucose and not working properlyShow lessHrapreet

Many issues please fix
Needs an update, I can’t seem
To change my issue date and expiry date for my Wwc card etc. the app glitches and won’t let me
Change the dates which are expire now. So this could potentially not make me accepted for work if the school looks at the expiry date. I can’t even uploaded my recent photo of my check either. Please fix this.Show lessedassist
Doesn’t work

Total waste of time
This app is useless! It won’t even open, just glitches at the login screen then flickers until I swipe up and close! Used to work well, but 5 months of not working at all now.kcm1y
