Job details loads for 20 seconds
Then the job is gone. I’m literally sitting on my phone waiting for jobs to appear but by the time the ‘details’ are loaded (not sure what else they need other than the original notification) the job is taken. Very disappointing
I agree with comment above. I get a notification on my email then go to open the app and it freezes. I then have to close the app and reload it and hope that in the time the job I was going for hasn’t been snapped up.
It’s also bad for the students as they could have 3 different supply teachers if their teacher is away for 3 days instead of one consistent, experienced teacher that would be more beneficial to their learning.Show lesssilkwoodteacher
Under refined, not user friendly
As a new user, I was confused by it and as it turns out I contacted the affiliated schools in my greater area... without my docs attached, as there is a lack of clear prompts and so I’ve missed the opportunity to get my ‘first impressions’ right with those schools.
The scrolling through school names is glitchy and time consuming to get through, if you use the list to make applications. Once applied, one has no idea which schools one has applied to as there’s no way of recording that in app. Which of my applications did I attach docs correctly to?
On iPhone 10 the all important ‘cover’ button is so far down that it conflicts with functions of the touch screen.

Not loading
This used to be a great app but now it won’t even load. I’ve even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but to no avail. Please Schrole ask your tech guys to fix this critical issue.UmmAli

Few teething problems

FAILURE AGAIN!!
I am sick and tired of losing the ability to gain work as a result of the failures of this app. Today’s failure is a common problem, I got the email notification but was unable to see the job, so was unable to access the job to accept it. By the time I got in contact with the school it had been accepted while I was on the phone! And guess what, after I hung up I miraculously could see the job, and yep it was gone! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Show lessTashinator77
Great for schools
This app has made my job so much easier. I send a job out to my preferred candidates and it is accepted in minutes. The negative comments are from teachers who are in a competitive environment. The problem is with the number of relief teachers and not the app.MrHO9
Frustrating app!! 😡
This app has the potential to be a great quick way to obtain work.....however it is extremely flawed! It is slow, glitchy and has constant errors when loading.
The only thing this app does is cause frustration! By the time the job appears on your phone, you load the app....the job has been accepted by someone else. Sometimes I’ve even got the app open and it is so slow that I’ve never actually been able to accept a job using this app!
Unfortunately, a lot of schools are now using this app as a way to obtain casuals so people like me who have moved interstate and have over 14 years teaching experience don’t even get a look in at schools.
