So far so good
I went from Wix to Strikingly recently and glad I did! Much easier to use over the constantly changing Wix platform. I got my website up and running in about 8-10hrs. I had a lot of photos to upload so I chose the Pro package. It’s been about 6 weeks now and my website looks professional and is working great. They have many templates to choose from and the ease of use is very satisfying.

Terrible Company
Strikingly will charge you for services that they do not provide and will then refuse to offer any refund. They will charge you after you have canceled / ended a service.
Even a glancing search on Google or Reddit (or here) will bring up many such stories. They make a large percentage of their revenue off of these fraudulent charges, which is why they are so dialed-in and set on “no refunds” ever. This is the policy of cowards, though, hiding behind “there’s nothing we can do” and playing gatekeeper for the mysterious billing department that you can never reach.
But, like all cowards, if you press hard enough, they will cave completely (and offer a refund.) So, if you’re one of the many out there who are fighting with them, I assure you that with enough effort they’ll break. When they tell you that they cannot offer a refund, they are 100% lying.
Break them.

Their Live Chat support is excellent, I mean EXCELLENT
Well deserving of 5 stars. I looked at other do-it-yourself website apps before, so I was expecting this to be more or less the same, and to some extent it is… it builds websites! The difference this time for me is how amazingly helpful I found the Live Chat support to be.

Easy to use and support is great.
I haven’t needed much support but the bit I’ve used has been incredible. I’ve been building websites since ~1995 and love how quick and easy I was able to use Strikingly to spin up a simple site. This iOS app is great as well.

I have LOVED this platform from the first time I started using it a few years ago. The interface is simple and ever evolving and expanding to the farthest reaches of my boutique business imagination and beyond! I LOVE that the Customer service reps are called “Happiness Officers” 😹 They are ALWAYS on hand and ready, willing and exceedingly capable of helping! I HIGHLY (and SOLELY) RECOMMEND STRIKINGLY. ☺️

Always want something
I look up free wedsite builder app on my iPhone and I scrolled down at the top were the original ones I knew weren’t free but strikingly said it was free now I publish me page then two weeks went by and they emailed me saying two weeks up pick a plan monthly or annually I mean where did it say that and why does every app on iPhone cost money I want a Samsung back.

Be Careful with their Billing & Subscriptions
They are quite deceptive with auto renewal and payments. There is no option for auto renewal, you’re automatically setup tor auto-billing. Notifications on renewals come from a different sender and aren’t properly labeled. They won’t reverse charges. Was charged $200 for a service I no longer use. They will not issue me a refund, even though I reached out via live chat minutes after they sent through the charge. Would avoid using any of their paid services.

Love it!
So far, so good! I’m on the free plan for now checking out all the awesome features before I commit to a plan as I wanted to make sure this is the right fit for my small business. I’ve tried other website builder and they really lacked eases risk features and a professional look, but not strikingly. I love how easy it was to build my own website instead of having to hire out someone else to build me a site on another platform , like I have done in the past. Having complete creative control is so much better for me and this site let’s me do it all. I especially love the app for easily checking in on my site from my iPhone.

Email service are horrible
I bought their quite expensive email service and some emails just don’t go through. All the contacts with them is a joke: they have no idea how to solve this mess. Otherwise it is an acceptable platform.
Looks good to start
A very quick to setup website, offering a single item ‘store’ in a free account. The monthly fee version looks promising as well.
Website setup online is easy, preferably on a laptop/PC. The iPad version seems to sort of work. It sees my page, but loads the sample.
