Cannot confirm details to set up the app
The app always keeps giving me a generic “Sorry, we are unable to process your request” error. Not sure what is the point of the app if I cannot get past the initial step.SrikumarR
Sms verification doesn’t work
After sending the verification sms, the app throws an error saying number not found even though it is the same number registered with ICICI bank. Google Pay was able to find and link my bank acc using the same number after sms verification. I don’t understand how the bank’s own app fails to do so. Embarrassing.Show lessDoof Fatboy

My Pockets App is not opening since last two weeks. I’ve big amount in wallet and I’m unable to open and make payments on this App.

The latest version of app does not even launch on iOS16. There is no way to get help for the same as the developer help section does not even have Dev help and it is more of banking help.Amitsharma_ind
