Good app few problems
I don't know why I need to tell my date of birth even if I am using my ICICI bank account for login! Anyways no problem in that but by mistake it selected one previous date which rejected my 3D secure generation while making a payment. I got my card unblocked by calling your very good customer care but wait they tell me there is still no option to correct my DOB neither on app nor by customer care! Even I cannot reset my account as it is linked to my ICICI account.
Any solution? Hope to see it soon!Show lessCheat-N
Not working for me
The typo field for OTP is appearing after the done button. Cannot type OTP after trying several times.Tersadsouza
'Unable to service your request...'
The app is just a shell with many of its features still not functional. Try to Add A Payee for funds transfer you will get the message, 'Unable to service your request. Please try again later.' Try to pay bills, you will get the same message. I finally tried to pay my mobile bill. It worked!! But the money was refunded back the next day without any reason being given. The only thing that was successful was transferring to another pockets account but now after upgrade that seems to have stopped working. In short, this app is still work in progress.Show lessVJKris
It won't let enter DOB
It will expect to enter DOB. When u click on that date field nothing happens. They have not tested this product properlySuresh am
Worst and Annoying app
Simple advice! don't use this app ! it's wasting of money and time.I used it first time ,I add money in wallet upto adding money it works good ,but once you start recharge/transfer money it say "NUMBER NOT VALID" what the heck! . I was advised to wait for 10 days so that they can work on the fault issue , but they not doing anything . Only forfeit money. Making fool.Show lessYaasusufi
