  • Keeps restarting

Thought this was a great game but if I change to another app then return it restarts so now I’m not enjoying it so much.
  • For analytic-minded gamers

If you’re looking to zone out and kill a few minutes, you may want to look elsewhere. If you’re up for a mix of clever, obscure and unique mini-puzzles, don’t hesitate. This game is right up my alley. It’s sometimes frustrating, but always fun. I’m addicted and only about 2/3rds of the way through. I already don’t want it to end (but downloaded the sequel for when it does)!

  • Challenging, but worth your time

I’ve just finished the first section of the game, so I can’t say anything about where the story is going just yet, or if it even has a coherent story. What is great is the puzzles, which are varied and interesting, if very short. Thankfully there’s a lot of them.
The only things keeping this game from a 5 star rating are the simplicity of some of the puzzles, the very short nature of the puzzles (while some referenced others, none of them required many steps to solve, so as soon as you figured out the pattern, it was time to move on to the next one) and the lack of any instructions. Ordinarily, that last critique would be a more serious flaw, but since it adds something to the mystery of this game, I’m not going to count it too harshly.

The game is a good way to spend some downtime and keep you busy for a while in an entertaining, family friendly way. Even if you don’t get a puzzle right away, it’ll keep your mind working while you’re doing other things and waiting for the eureka moment.

  • Addictive, challenging, and brilliant.

One of my favorite apps. If you like solving puzzles and deciphering cryptic clues, you will be hooked on this app. It may drive you mad at times, but in the best possible way.
  • Rotation

Didn’t it support rotation and split screen before? Pretty sure I had notability at one side and this at the other, now it’s portrait only and no splitscreen. Most annoying.
  • Amazing

I love this game. I find myself thinking about the puzzles after I’ve stopped playing. Whenever I’m stuck, I take a break and find the answer will come to me. Brilliant game!
  • Keeps you thinking!

The puzzles seem easy when they first appear and then take a twist.
  • Mustn’t be too easy

You have all the tools you need to solve the puzzles. But there is no hand-holding through them.
  • Why no sound?

Can’t seem to continue due to a glitch where I have no sound. So frustrating!
  • Intriguing prequel

I actually ended up playing the sequel ( The guides axiom) before this BUT that hasn’t impacted the game. The puzzles are definitely not your everyday ‘spot the pattern’ or ‘look for visual hints’ and is challenging in a good way
