Extremely Poor Application Experience
Have used the service in the past with some success for basic legal issues and documents. Major complaint is the phone app, it’s still designed for tiny screens and gets quite a few issues when opening with really basic problems like “page cannot be found”. I don’t really complain about application experience but in this case it’s at a high school project level in terms of quality and would barely pass even that. A small investment into this would help improve the overall experience with the service.

Don’t buy it.
Met Life legal is awful. My experience with it after almost a year is that they don’t care. You pay for a service you don’t actually get. I’ve had 3 times now where I tried to get an attorney to call me and they did not. Are they not under contract to call back? No 15 minute free call? Apparently not. I absolutely cannot stand Met Life legal. It is a lie. You are wasting your money and I will be canceling my plan. Save yourself the trouble and go through legal shield instead.
