Impossible process to login if you change phones
I’ve been calling (and waiting on the phone for 10-20 min) everyday in the past 5 days with no sign of life
And they call themselves customer obsessed, a joke!

Hi, I'm sorry that you forgot your login number. You can chance your login code by clicking on the menu - 'settings' - 'forgot my login code'. If this doesn't work you can contact 016 43 25 07 they are available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 until 22:00 or Saturday from 9:00 until 17:00.
