New app is clunky (Old App was Much Better)
The old app seemed to be working well. I have submitted two reports and they are listed as no action taken which would have never happened under the old app. There are some aspects of the new interface that are just clunky and not very smooth. I don’t like how I have to log in pretty much every time I open the app as well as having to deny or accept a very long list of permissions (all but two or three seem to be unnecessary). I also do not necessarily want to provide my name and contact info for every report that I make. There are some reports that I have made just from seeing when I drive by, I have no need or desire to be attached to those. The list of items that can be reported seems to have gotten jumbled up. It is strange that there is no option to select city property landscaping overgrowth, only private property. Overall very disappointing. VB should look at Norfolk’s reporting app. I have never reported anything but the list of options is impressive and the interface seems to be very responsive.

Was a Good App
This was a good app but a recent update putting it under VB 311 rather than public works ruined it. I felt previously like I was in direct contact with VB Public Works but now I am having go through a third party. The app is confusing as it is taking information for all VB information and not just Public Works. I use to recommend this App to VB residents but will no longer.

App works great
I have used this app for several years. I have received a response within 24 hours.
App works great...now if only the issues raised would be addressed!
As I said, the app is great. Unfortunately, in many cases nothing is done beyond the acknowledgment of your ticket. Not response, no action, no anything. If VB is going to build an app to allow folks to enter tickets and issues, they need to be addressed.
