  • Excelent service

    J’ai eu un problème avec les tax rates, le service clientèle a été d’une aide excellente, on m’a aidé par courriel dans un délais très raisonnable. J’utilise Milewiz depuis 2 ans en j’en suis pleinement satisfait.

    Service was very helpful for an add tax bug I had. I have used Milewiz for 2 years now and I am very satisfied.

  • Doesn’t record

    This app started working out quite well but recently it doesn’t record my journey well at all. It only catches about 50% of the whole journey. I am now down to 200miles unrecorded mileage. I have only used it about 3 months so in an entire year it would not record about 800 business miles that’s not cool. I am looking for another option.

  • Ok then misses journeys

    When I first bought this app 2 years ago it worked fantastically. Then over the last year or so it’s stopped recording some
    Journeys, only way around this is by deleting the app and re installing in which is really annoying. Developers blame it on apple??

  • Frustrating all of a sudden

    I’ve been using this app for two years it was great up until recently. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of the developers for any kind of support. It keeps telling me that I’m out of free trips when I’ve been faithfully paying every month. It stopped tracking monetary amounts a year ago. I did manage to get somebody on the phone then they told me it would reset. It did not, know I can’t find a phone number. Also doesn’t track accurately any longer, super disappointed.
    The developer doesn’t seem to care any longer.

  • Stay Clear, I’m moving to Mile IQ

    Same as previous reviewer used to work now it doesn’t, stops tracking a trip halfway through and doesn’t start it again until miles later. Tracks random trips when I have even left the house! I’ve tried changing accuracy settings and waiting times etc, none of it made a difference. It’s that bad I’m leaving with 6 months left on my subscription, I’d like a partial refund but doubt I’ll get one!

    It worked great the first year so I paid for three yrs AND THEN IT JUST STOPPED WORKING about 8 ios upgrades ago. I dont think its compatible anymore.

    Hi, In iOS 11 Apple made a lot of changes to location tracking. Don't worry though, MileWiz still works but you need to reinstall it and when you start it for the first time after reinstall allow it to always use location. Before you reinstall make sure you create a SYNCbits account (via Settings / SYNCbits) and after you reinstall log into it. That would assure that you will restore your data.
  • It use to be good....

    Originally this app worked great. The only part I didn’t like was the year end report did not have a way to add my company name. It was just a looonnngggg list of my business trips but didn’t state my company name at the top. THEN..... about a month ago it started breaking my trips into a ton of small ones and mileage was missing! I could drive 50 miles one way and get 10 notices from the app and only half the mileage was there if you add them all up. I guess the app was crashing en route. Contact support and they were quick to respond, however now I have to jump through some hoops to get it going again by signing up for a syncbits account to keep my data and then deleting the app and reinstalling. If I’m paying a monthly fee I would expect the app to work correctly. BTW, this is the first review of an app I’ve ever done which shows how irritated enough I am with it that I would write my first review.
