    Simply spins for a bit then says unable to complete login process. Its the app. Website login works fine. Needs updating.

  • App Programer Should Be Fired..

    If you touch in a text box, it often won’t open, or takes 3 to 4 tries. Even though the box is a certain size, you have to press in a specific spot. It’s really not user friendly in general. 2 stars because eventually you can get to what you need.

    I had $2,000 taken from me by scammers and the bank will not refund. DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They have terrible customer service too. Extremely rude and again would not work with me at all for the fraudulent charges.
