Perfect for what we needed
Found this app to help us track our on hand inventory. Way better than a spread sheet and paper. We highly recommend it for handmade businesses to see what stock they have.Recreate designs
Good...But
I have a vast inventory to track, and in order to enter each item it would take me approximately a week to complete. Which is fine, by all means, but I can't enter how many of each item I have. In order to keep a current inventory I would like to be able to see exactly how many of each item I have in stock. This, in my opinion should be a pretty obviously needed feature. It's interesting that you can edit the Safety Stock and Optimum Stock. But it doesn't change the current stock number. It's confusing and I'm most likely going to delete this app and find something more helpful to help me keep a current inventory.Show lessKaypasa1672
Best Inventory App Thusfar
I’ve tried a lot of inventory apps and at this point I find this to be the best. Attractive looking (sorry, it matters), pretty intuitive and unlike a lot of inventory apps not only can I see the Wholesale Cost of my inventory I can also so the retail value which inexplicably other inventory apps lack.
I saw a review for a previous version that said you couldn’t do anything unless you bought the full version - don’t know if that was the case but it certainly isn’t now.
Would like to see overall inventory count as opposed to count per item.Show lessKaren W
The best inventory out,PERIOD!
I have tried almost all inventory apps out and this one takes the cake both visually and functionality. Works perfect with my Dymo printer..I paid -$100 for my Dymo label writer and a few bucks for this and I have a fully functional barcode system for my store that would normally have costed me an arm and leg!Show lessTrulysleepless
New Business
I purchased a existing business that stocked and sold boat propellers and hub kits. Unfortunately the previous owner did not keep a inventory of stocked items.
With "Inventory" I was able to scan each item and by the end of the night I had a complete manageable list of what I had in stock.
Now I can order/re-order where ever I am, run reports and sort them by item category, print a price list and so much more.
I'm so impressed with the free version that I planning on purchasing the premium version!Show lessMcknightrr

This software is good for managing a little stock.
But i think it can be much better.
For example i have some big problems to use:
1: i can't have two barcodes together. For example i want to print serial number and part number together in one sticker. For this i have to generate barcodes one by one, then export it into pdf, then use photoshop in my pc and use them together, and so i have to type the numbers and words behind barcodes in pc .
This is a huge problem that i rather use other software to generate barcode.
2. For reducing product from stock i have to do it manually by edit. But it must be better. For example it's better that when i scan barcode, automatically it can be reduced from stock.
These are big problems, please solve these. I'm using this app and i like it's atmosphere. Please solve these...

Be very aware of this app!!!
I've used this app for awhile and had a LOT of items in it. Since it was just on my iPhone, I bought the add on to allow it to backup and use on my iPad. WRONG THING TO DO!!!!! It has erased EVERY item I've ever put into it! I have to start all over again. I just paid $9.99 to have my entire data base erased. I don't know if I'll continue using it or not. I'm going to look at other apps before I start entering items in it again.
I've been looking at other apps since posting the above. I'm going to go with Google sheets. It's a spreadsheet program that I use for other things. I recommend not using this app. Unfortunately, I can only give it one star. Wish I could go less. Hours of work wasted.Show lessSnaresman
For small non-it companies it's brilliant!
It even communicates with the invoice app that the company developed. It has helped me so much! I have a small wedding rental company, no barcode a, and I went from unorganized wreck to knowing where every thing is, knowing how much of each item I have. I love it.Haanta
Perfect App
I like this app a lot, easy to use. I wish it had search bar instead of scanning item to pull up info. Also whats the point of having tax tab on or off if you can't set taxes, also taxable items and none taxable item total should be on report. And total profit.
