This app "tool" should be on every locksmiths mobile phone.

This is a great app but whenever there is an update the app just glitches out.

And it asks for a serial number to be entered? What serial number!! And how would one acquire this code? This makes no sense!
Good first effort
The software is a much scaled down version of the real software. It's very useful in the field but without cell service it's useless. The app also crashes frequently not just requiring a restart but removal and reinstall.
App doesn't work
After a month my app stopped working. Keeps throwing me out every time I go in. Do access to customer support!

After a little glitch with the update I spoke with the tech support and they straightened me out. Couldn't be easier to use.
