Audio mode is for dictation and Text mode is where you use our Intelligent Keyboard Engine (IKE™) Predictive Keyboard. IKE knows about inventory terms and for example will prompt for the next word relating to doors when you start describing the door. Our approach allows you to capture report details in any form: - text mode where you enter details using IKE™ predictive keyboard or use the device's voice recognition - dictation where we transcribe, - dictation where you transcribe, The app is designed to be used by individual landlords, freelance inventory clerks and estate agents large and small. Our portal allows you to manage completed reports and manage other account settings. To do an inventory, you simply go on site and work through each room describing condition of various items. The app guides you through the process. At the end, when you are ready to transfer the media, a checklist is executed to ensure that all important items have been covered. Once the media is uploaded, you can move on to do other things.
