Tried 5 times to place an order. Never had an issue before now it won’t let you order as a guest. Then you are prompted to keep adding items - I dont want to keep adding items. Then when trying to create an account it said I had one and wouldn’t reset a password. Let people use the app as a guest - so frustrating and not worth the hassleShow lessDstar2115
Can’t save location
The refurbished app requires I have to search for a restaurant EVERY time. 99% of the time I order from the same restaurant. Previous version retained that as a defaultAunt Karen 9
Not user friendly
I wanted to look at a menu and finally order five items.
There is no way to view and order what you want without scrolling through about a dozen individual categories.
Really unwieldy and frustrating.
Kept the app for all of five minutes and found a different option next door.Juan Moore Beer
Calling on the phone to order something and look at the menu
You need your app refurbished every time I go on it it’s something I want to call and order but I can’t. It’s online online online. Don’t show the menus don’t show the prices so you higher-ups get your heads together. Thank you.Alplay3416

I love Eat N Park and I *mostly* love the app…my one beef is, and it’s really annoying given how often I order food thru it, is that no matter how many times I check the “Remember Me” box…it NEVER remembers me. I have to enter in my email and password. Every. Single. Time.NikkiNats

Update your app
I received email coupons but the app is not connecting to emails so it doesn’t know in app who I am. Fix or delete app from downloads. App doesn’t allow use of email address to login. Unless appGoing to Krogers
Eat 'n Park app
This app is very frustrating to use I'll put an order in hit the home button and it resets it takes me several tries just to put an order in it's very frustrating. And it won't let me change to my close to home restaurant.CTwpGirl99
