Order function does not work, coupons tab has been empty forever.Pick up time always wrong
The pick up times for to-go/carry out orders should really be updated. The food is literally never ready at that time.Can’t Order

Have to reset password every time I use the app, then it says password cannot be reset at this time. Been trying to reset for months. Total crap app!!!Frustrating trying to reset password over 2 months
I have been trying to reset my password on the Eat N Park app and it will not work...keeps saying “password can not be reset at this time” for over 2 months, I was contacted over a month and a half ago by someone saying they will look into it and get it fixed! Nothing...still no way to reset password...Eat N Park has lost many orders from us because of the app not working...especially during this pandemic having to order and pick up!Show lessApp on hone

I was in the restaurant we tried downloading the app the manager tried to help me. One of the servers also tried to help it’s not even worth the trouble it needs to be a lot easier and on top of that they I lost all my information I put in and they didn’t even give me the two dollars offHorrible user experience
You can't go back to the top level menu from a sub menu, you have to go back to the main screen and hit Order Online again.
When attempting to pay, wait icon never stops and it tells you to call the restaurant. I did, and the order was fine, and my credit card was charged properly.
Only 16 characters for a special order, so I hope you don't have too many food allergies.

Twice in a row, takes you through the entire order process and payment —-> then you get an error message telling you that it failed and call the restaurant to complete your order. Complete fail. I don’t want to place an order on the phone; it’s why I use the App.
