Unable to open the app
Response from developer
Hi The Great Cat I, We are really sorry to hear that you weren’t able to open the app right away—our system were going through very heavy load for a short time. The issue had been resolved after brief time. We've tightened up the performance, and it’s working smoothly now. We hope you were able to access it afterward! If you’re still seeing any problems, please contact us through contact@on.technology. We would like to compensate. Thanks for your patience!
Very slow
Response from developer
Hi Osama_Omari, I’m sorry you were stuck on launch screen and had to wait so long for the pictures to load. Our servers were very busy for a short time, which slowed down image loading. We’ve since optimized startup and image-loading performance, so everything should appear right away now. I hope you were able to see all the pictures afterward! If you still notice any delays, please let me know.
