I bought a lifetime membership, but I’m having second thoughts.
I tend to buy lifetime licenses for various software. I only found out there was a free lifetime promotion available after I’d already made the purchase. I previously filed a refund request but it got rejected. I don’t even know why I bought this app in the first place. After using it for a few days, I realized Apple’s native Podcasts app works perfectly as a substitute. I can’t find any unique advantages to this software at all. I don’t listen to radio stations, only podcasts. What’s more, I really can’t stand its UI—could the interface be improved significantly? I still have one refund attempt left. Would you approve my refund request?
